I'm alittle nervous. Generally speaking, I'm a decent speaker. However, I also like to be a people pleaser. Yes, I know I'm getting paid regardless. It didn't really affect what I'm saying. But I'm worried that they will be displeased with what I say. To me it sounds like a talk that is just me talking about myself. Why would people want to hear me talk about my college years? (minus all student government references) Is that really what they are expecting for $200??? I'm sure it will be fine... I'm just alittle nervous. Tomorrow at Valpo I'll be speaking and being a "successful young alum"
