This is no laughing matter. I was almost struck by large falling chunk of snow from my building earlier this week. You always see the signs about watching for falling ice and I always think-- what are the odds. How exactly do you avoid this in a major city? Not walk outside? Walk along the middle of the road and get hit by a cab? Other ideas? I just don't know. From time to time you see some stories like this and it just makes me think how really do you avoid this...
