So yesterday the toilet 'mystery' was solved for me. Apparently the key was the fact that the water at the sink was SO HOT. So the heated toilets... were actually the result of the radiating heat from the water in the toilet bowl. It seriously was almost STEAMING out of the toilet. So the seat was hot simply because it was constantly in the heat of the water. My suspicions were obviously confirmed... no heated toilet seat. The freakishly hot water is the explanation, but still leaves me alittle uneasy because WHY is the water that hot. I suggested my VOLCANO theory, and got a chuckle. However, no better theory was offerred. Why would water be THAT hot?
This is what I distract myself with from deciding the rest of my life...
